The HIRE Vets Medallion Award is the only federal-level award recognizing employers for excellence in veteran recruitment, employment, retention, and professional development. Earning the Platinum distinction requires meeting rigorous criteria, including strong veteran hiring numbers, high retention, leadership advancement, and meaningful support for employees who have served.
